Product Description
To make the final medium, mix:
- 3.17g
- 1.0 mL Glacial Acetic Acid, not included (unless being used photoautotrophically)
- Water to 1 L at 100°C
- pH to 7.0 using HCl as desired
For solid medium, add 15 g agar/L.
