Product Description

Standard formulation for use in Nematode growth studies

    Contains:

    • Agar: 17.5 g/L
    • Sodium Chloride: 3.0 g/L
    • Peptone: 2.5 g/L

    Supplied with:

    • Cholesterol: 0.005 g/L

    Dissolve Agar, NaCl, and Peptone mix in desired volume of H2O (23.0 g/L) and autoclave. Dissolve 5.0 mg cholesterol (supplied) per 1.0 mL ethanol (do not autoclave!) and add to the autoclaved Agar, NaCl, and Peptone solution.
