Product Description
Contains macronutrients, micronutrients and vitamins, as described by Murashige & Skoog (1962), with sucrose 2% and agar 0.8%.
Add 0.3 mg/L IAA, 1.75mg/L NAA and 1.75 mg/L BA (provided) after autoclaving.
Provided as 1 unit to make 25L or 50L of medium, or 10 units to make 1L medium with 1 unit.
Plant tissue culture tested.
