Contains: Half strength Murashige & Skoog medium supplemented with 4.5uM Kinetin, 1.uM 2,4-D, 3.3 mM L-Cysteine.
Add: Aseptically filter sterilized DTT (1mM), sodium thisulfate (1mM) and sucrose (2%) to the pre-sterilized BG-A1 medium or as required.
