X-Gal-IPTG, Ready- to-use, Spray
- Stable X-gal/IPTG non-toxic solution
- For use in blue/white colony screening in expression studies
- Does not contain toxic DMF and DMSO
- Contains 40 mg/ml of IPTG (Isopropyl-β-D-Thiogalactopyranoside) and 40 mg/ml of X-gal (5-Bromo-4-Chloro-3-Indolyl-β-D-Galactopyranoside)
- Supplied in a very easy to use and convenient to use Spray Bottle
- Also available in a Dropper Bottle
Use:
- Spray 2-3 times on desired bacterial plate
- Spread and ensure absorption (wait ~5-10 minutes)
- Plate the transformed bacteria to be tested and incubate
