Specifications:
- Powder medium
- Contains (g/L): 1g Calcium phosphate, 0.2g Potassium phosphate, 0.2g Magnesium sulphate, 0.2g Sodium chloride and 0.1g Ferric chloride.
Final pH: 7.0 ±0.2 @ 25ºC
- Provided as 1 unit to make 10L, 25L, or 50L of medium, or as 10 units to make 1L of medium
- Plant tissue culture tested
Direction to use: Suspend 1.7g medium with 12g agar in one liter distilled water. Heat to dissolve completly and autoclave to sterilize at 121ºC for 15 minutes.
