Murashige & Skoog medium supplemented with 4.5uM Kinetin, 0.2uM 2,4-D, 0.8% agar.
Add: Aseptically add filter-sterilized hygromycin (75mg/L), silver nitrate (1.7mg/L), cefotaxime (250,g/L) and sucrose (2%) to the pre-sterilized BG-A2 medium or as required.
