Product Description
Kanamycin Sulfate is an aminoglycoside with activity against many Gram-negative bacteria. This compound binds to the ribosomal subunit and inhibits protein synthesis. It is used as a selective agent for the incorporation of the NPT II (Neomycin phosphotransferase) (APH3') gene in plant and animal cells.
