Cellulase (EC 3.2.1.4) is an enzyme used to isolate intact cells and protoplasts from plant tissue that is derived from Trichoderma viride.
Reaction: Hydrolyzes 1,4-glucosidic linkages in cellulose, lichenin and cereal beta-D-glucans.
Activity : 1,000 CU/g
